This is it, our final rankings of the year. It’s a little bittersweet since that means the baseball season has to come an end, but now we do get to watch some playoff baseball. It should come as no surprise that the Cubs finish the season at the top of our rankings. The rest of the top 10 are surprisingly close however. The Wild Card races came down to the wire, and we all know that Wild Card teams can do some serious damage come postseason time. The next month should be exciting.
